CIDSFF
Chennai International Documentary and Short Film Festival is a unique, crowd funded, annual film festival with its multiple venues, vibrant interactions and special lectures. The film festival aims to take the recently made Indian and International films directly to the audience - especially the students - in Chennai to cultivate and nurture documentary - both viewing and producing - culture in Tamilnadu.
It is a collective effort initiated by MARUPAKKAM - a media activist group - in association with various educational institutions, cultural organisations and like minded people. The entry for the audience is free and open to all.
